I can check the web faster

I apparently havent traveled to a new airport in quite a while because, when I went to utilize the app this weekend to find a lounge, I was surprised to find the app is useless without a login. That ironically I had to be at a PC to create. I called the number on my card and the woman informed me that I needed to create an account and gave me a temporary password, which did me no good when it came to actually finding a launch where I could open up a computer. Not a good system, I just want to find a lounge.
