This app is not understood by employees. I tried to create an account online. It requested a pin that stated would be in my welcome letter. There is NO pin in my welcome letter. When I called I was told I got this message because I had created a password. Excuse me, I could NOT create a password without an account. These people do not know their own app and they are not giving out all the right instructions. So I get to use only part of the app because I cant create an account. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I should have either had the pin code in my welcome letter or at the very least no excuses when I call, saying why things are messed up. All I needed was the code, not an excuse. Poor communication.
