No digital card

The app does not show (cannot load) a digital card for Priority Pass Select for a membership provided by my premium credit card. It makes no sense, because I am able to register the PPS account online. They clearly know who I am and have issued a membership number. The lack of a digital card makes the app pretty worthless.
