Very poor performance ! Cant find nearby longues not search function works! Please fix it

Sooooo many lounges and airports missing. Unusable and unreliable.

Sitting in the Calgary Airport Rocky Mountain Lounge. Worn out and uncomfortable furniture , dirty carpet, terrible sandwiches (seriously bad) and all of the ambiance of a greyhound bus station. Save your money and go to one of the restaurants in the airport. This is so not as advertised.

App wont let me search anything. There are 2 participating lounged in YEG and not even one of them come up in the search feature.

A truly terrible app, as every time you use it, it insists on downloading the updated database. And it is always updated. I dont need this, I just want the access card!!!

It can be installed but APP didnt run! Want to improve the bug promptly!

Its so embarrassing we still have to use this terrible app with the out-of-date appearance.

No of cities / airports not displayed...Eg. Unable to search Singapore. Tried by airport name Changi, country name Singapore...no luck...probably database is corrupted. All my previous favorites were also erased...

I downloaded this app on my iPhone and have been trying to sync it to my mac. However, every time I open iTunes, there’s an error 404 with the server and is preventing me from downloading the app to my computer. It’s a bit annoying that I get a pop-up mentioning the error every now and then.

information about Lounge is the most important! How can I find the location? Who needs Login functions? think priority!

It is a very useful app. I wish there were more lounges at the Frankfurt and Munich airports in Germany.

- does not display news - blocks after first search - crashes It is pathetic that company charges a few hundred euro p.a. and cannot make working app!
