This app is well thought out and works great! Its always easy to locate and enter lounges at any airport. Great info, organization, and the digital card works well. I disagree with the other reviewer who said that you dont get a digital card if you got 919-418-5364 through your credit card. Also you can add your membership card to the Apple Wallet now which is a great convenience.

Like the title says, this app is useless if youre a Priority Pass Select member. It wont show you a digital card, so youll have to carry the physical one. Do these companies really think were going to carry around 52 different membership cards for various things? To the developers: please support Apple Wallet!!!

As others have mentioned the "digital card" is not offered to customers that get their membership as a credit card perk. Basically makes the app useless for me.

If you have a Priority Pass Select membership, the app doesnt give you an option to get a digital card. USELESS.

I had a regular account then upgraded to Select through my credit card and was able to quickly create my new account and get my digital card. The app itself has worked great for me over the past 2 years

The app registration process seems to pull in RWD and crashes mid registration. It asks to download lounge photos- if Im on wifi just load the pic, no need to store them locally. Horrible app design

The Lounges dont load so in my opinion this app is inefficient and a waste of time.

It makes no sense that this doesnt work with a credit cards benefits

This app is not understood by employees. I tried to create an account online. It requested a pin that stated would be in my welcome letter. There is NO pin in my welcome letter. When I called I was told I got this message because I had created a password. Excuse me, I could NOT create a password without an account. These people do not know their own app and they are not giving out all the right instructions. So I get to use only part of the app because I cant create an account. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I should have either had the pin code in my welcome letter or at the very least no excuses when I call, saying why things are messed up. All I needed was the code, not an excuse. Poor communication.

Like many have stated, they dont allow you to use a mobile pass if you have the account through a credit card. Cant possibly imagine how that makes sense but its a huge pain. No use downloading this app- there are others that will show you all the lounges you have access to, with better info and a better UI.

The app does not show (cannot load) a digital card for Priority Pass Select for a membership provided by my premium credit card. It makes no sense, because I am able to register the PPS account online. They clearly know who I am and have issued a membership number. The lack of a digital card makes the app pretty worthless.

As Ive seen throughout the majority of reviews this app is only good for looking up lounge access at airports if you are a Priority Select member because you cant access the digital card upon login, which entirely defeats the purpose for me. I travel weekly and place everything from hotel confirmations, boarding passes, etc. in my  wallet and not being able to add this feature as a digital card will mean the card most likely will remain at home and not be used. Please correct this major oversight for Priority Select members. Thank you.

No digital pass for select members. Totally useless until they add this.

Why bother? You say the app has a digital card but thats a lie for those of us coming in his Chase Sapphire Reserve, or any other credit card. Thats just idiotic.

Defeats purpose of entire app..

The benefit of this app would have been not having to carry around a physical card. I dont want to carry a card in my wallet I plan on using 1-3x a year... but now I have to include the card on my list of things I need to pack. What a waste of an app.

First time writing a review. I read all the reviews about no digital card. I registered my account online first, downloaded the app, logged into app, clicked the Menu button and the My Digital Card tab was there. Maybe registering online first before using the app is the trick.

Doesnt work for credit card members. Please fix

Pretty lame that there is no digital card for priority pass select members. Thank goodness for other reviewers who explained this cause I was looking everywhere for it.

It is not possible to have the digital card for Select members, and a call to the PP help line indicated that this feature was not currently planned.
