Great redesign but poor performance. App does not sends feedback for lounges. Please fix - this is critical issue. Add capability of logging into personal account with all related functionalities.

Clumsy app but has its uses

I have PP Select memberships with AMEX and Chase. Unable to merge access into one account so had to build two distinct logins. Interestingly, Digital Pass was available through my AMEX login but not available when I login with Chase membership. Overall, app works but just doesnt feel smooth. I also noticed that the app will recommend downloading an update immediately after completing the download if you hit select "Update App Data" again.

No digital pass

You can use the app to find lounges and get high-level details. HOWEVER, theres no digital pass which would be the main reason for using the app. Loss of three starts for this issue.

No digital card

Got a Priority Pass via credit card program. Added my card info to the app. No digital card and no explanation. Had to read reviews to find out why. 1 star is too many after wasting my time on this.

Please add the digital card functionality for Select membership (trough a credit card)!

No digital card available

If you have a PP Select, no digital card is available. You must carry the physical plastic. My wallet is already overstuffed with cards, so its quite annoying that the app doesnt support the digital QR code.

Essentially useless for Priority Pass Select credit card members

I got my Priority Pass Select membership as a credit card benefit. I received my physical card today, but like many others here, would prefer to just use a digital card through the app and leave the physical card at home. It seems that Priority Pass Select members who got their membership as a credit card perk dont have the ability to get the digital membership card through the app. Basically making this app essentially useless for me, personally. Please fix this major oversight if you want this to be a useful app.

Frustrating

It is almost like the app wasnt tested before they rolled out the benefits through a very popular credit card offer. As with other users- the lack of digital card is supremely frustrating. The FAQ implies we can find the digital card someplace that does not exist.
