I hit the update button, and it starts to download and a second later it says update again. This app is incredibly disappointing.

The new version just sits in my App Store update list, but it will not download.

Simply doesnt work, so whats the point?

App closes, many airports dont come up when you search (like JFK). Horrible! I liked the previous app that easily allowed you to search lounge locations by country and airport. Please fix this app!!!!

Im new to priority pass and really disappointed with this app. The closest location for PDX is Anchorage? I dont think so!! So I guess I will wait for the next update to give it a try. Not really usable at this stage for me.

Finally the app is updated. But whats the point of logging in? There is no way to see my priority pass card electronically, see the number, or passbook integration. So I still have to make sure to carry my card with. Please, add real functionality

A lot of people are complaining, but I guess it’s been fixed in the latest version.. I have my card on my phone, it’s in my iPhone’s Passbook wallet, etc. Seems to me this app does everything I need it to do.. now I just wish there’d be more lounges in the airports I visit!

How does something like this get released? Who made this garbage! The previous version clearly needed a makeover, but it worked. In this version you cant even search for a lounge at JFK or LHR in the search bar right when you open the app!

I like the iPhone 6 Plus big size optimized support but add the card to Passbook doesnt work for me. Running 9.1 here.

Still not working after 4 updates. Unbelievable! Try searching Tokyo or NRT. Please hire some people for QA before leading the app to embarrass yourself.

Old app worked just fine. New one not all. Annoying.

NRT no problem. Added pass to wallet with no problem. IOS 9.2

I have tried a few months with the new app on my iPhone 5s but nothing works. I go and search for an airport and only shows 3 in Abu..... That appear. Not sure what problems are but deleted it and will just use the web.

Always trouble logging into my account... Not worth the hassle...

Doesnt update. So I deleted the app and tried to install it. It wont even download from the App Store now. Useless.

I apparently havent traveled to a new airport in quite a while because, when I went to utilize the app this weekend to find a lounge, I was surprised to find the app is useless without a login. That ironically I had to be at a PC to create. I called the number on my card and the woman informed me that I needed to create an account and gave me a temporary password, which did me no good when it came to actually finding a launch where I could open up a computer. Not a good system, I just want to find a lounge.

A much needed and welcome update. Love the digital card!! So much more convenient to have it your passbook. If youre logging into the new website or app for the first time, yes, you need a new log in. I did it from my phone in 5 min. The new app looks great though no new info from the previous. Just looks nicer. I have not had any crashing issues like some others. I looked up NRT as someone suggested and it came up fine. Running iOS 9.2 on an iPhone 6.

Sadly updated the app and nothing! Doesnt work at all. Waste of time.

I can never find any airport - when I click nearest airport, the same random airport appears no matter what my location, which is nowhere close to where I actually am
