It makes no sense that Priority Pass doesnt have your information if you received the pass through your credit card. Seriously useless.

This app is worthless until it integrates the Chase Priority Pass digital card.

Disappointing to learn there is now an annual membership fee when this was previously a benefit of my AmEx. I cant even search for a lounge without first paying the fee.

I cant access anything with this app! It needs a immediate update!

Im running this app on an iPhone 6 and it crashes nearly every time I use it. The updated design, while an improvement, is meaningless if you cant use it without experiencing crashes every single time.

Search for a lounge feature doesnt work.

No lounge can be found! Useless even the interface is munch better than before!

Crashes everytime or wont open

This App, which used to be fine, will not finish loading on my iPad. Why???

Application crashes every time I try putting my membership card into Passbook. Not much useful content either. How about adding airport maps with listings of shops and those that offer members discounts?

UPDATED: Ok - so this app seems to require a manual update. Go into Settings (the gear) and update the data. Then it seems to work just fine. Switching from 1 star to 3 star because of this. ----- Bring back the old app. This one is pure crap. I want data quickly, not flashy crap that takes forever to load. ----

I was so excited to see such a radical update to the interface and look. To my horror, NOTHING works!!!!!! NOTHING AT ALL!!!! How could this even have passed as an app?!

I am very disappointed with the new update. The app wont load and stuck on the opening page. Dont upgrade and dont install.

Crashes randomly for no apparent reason. (In fact, it crashed the first time I tried to open it.) Attempting a test search for a lounge in my home city (where I know there are two PP lounges), the app says no lounges! And since members who join through their financial institution cannot use the app in place of the membership card, the app is worse than worthless, since it takes up space on my mobile phone. NOT recommended.

This app was stuck in the iPhone 4 era resolution for god knows how long. Guess they had to match the slick interface offered by lounge buddy. Sad it took them this long to update their app.

Login etc worked pretty well on this app but the whole point of it is to find nearby lounges. The search function only seems to work by country and then you can only access the alphabetically first lounges in that country. For example, in the USA, only Anchorage and Atlanta show up. Maybe Im not getting it but this seems very broken.

I still don’t see the elusive digital card anyway, even after deleting and reinstalling the app and logging in and out several times. If it’s not supposed to be there, the language on the website is pretty unclear then.

Im not sure Ive ever seen an update make an app worse until now. The new PP app is useless. Location services dont work, lounge directory cant find anything, the app crashes. Unbelievably horrible.

This is very slow on even the 6s. Only good part is you can add it to you digital wallet so you don’t have to use the app. The only thing worse than this app is their lounge in Munich
